About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Salesforce Business Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between key business stakeholders and technical execution teams (Architects, Developers, Administrators) to translate complex business challenges into scalable Salesforce solutions.
You will lead business process discovery, requirements gathering, backlog grooming, and user story generation to maximize the value of our Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).
