Job description
Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Warehouse associate - Forklift operator for our client in Regina, SK. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional with forklift experience who enjoys a combination of logistics coordination, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and hands-on warehouse operations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting warehouse activities, coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and providing dealer and logistics support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pay Rate: $23.00/hour
  • Location: Regina, SK
  • Job type: Temporary | 1 to 2 months assignment | Full-time

Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations
  • Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments
  • Load and unload trucks and containers using forklifts and other warehouse equipment
  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Support daily warehouse activities during peak periods
  • Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety
Logistics & Inventory Support
  • Coordinate and schedule storage, movement, and shipment of products
  • Track parts availability, pricing, and estimated delivery timelines
  • Monitor freight rates, lead times, and transportation options
  • Support freight and customs-related activities
  • Schedule deliveries and coordinate machine shipments to dealers
Dealer & Customer Support
  • Provide dealer support regarding parts searches and product identification
  • Process dealer sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate communications regarding inventory and delivery timelines
Administrative Support
  • Maintain inventory records and merchandise inventories
  • Assist with marketing-related administrative activities
  • Coordinate distribution of promotional materials and corporate publications
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Valid Forklift Certification required
  • Minimum 2 years of forklift operating experience
  • Previous warehouse and logistics experience required
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and administrative abilities
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and perform physical warehouse work
  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
