We’re hiring a Restaurant General Manager to lead busy shifts, coach and develop team members, and help run the day-to-day operations of a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
This is a hands-on leadership position. You’ll spend most of your time on the restaurant floor supporting the team, solving problems, connecting with guests, and helping deliver strong operational results.
You do not need to know everything on day one. We are looking for a capable restaurant leader with strong people skills, good judgment, and the drive to keep learning and growing.
As Red Robin grows across Western Canada, we are focused on preparing strong internal leaders for future restaurant-management opportunities.

The schedule includes a combination of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on restaurant needs.
