Bilingual Inside Sales Rep Up to $80k

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Sales Representative to support customers through inbound sales and service inquiries, process orders and quotations, coordinate deliveries, and provide product support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound sales calls and customer inquiries.
  • Provide product, pricing, availability, order status, and delivery information.
  • Process customer orders and quotations accurately.
  • Follow up on quotes and customer requests through completion.
  • Coordinate orders and deliveries with internal teams and manufacturing facilities.
  • Assist with product and technical inquiries.
  • Support equipment and product use, operation, and maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
  • High School Diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
  • 1–2 years of customer service, sales, or related experience.
  • Mechanical aptitude or technical inclination.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Team-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.
Schedule
  • Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

    Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) représentant(e) aux ventes bilingue, motivé(e) et axé(e) sur le service à la clientèle pour se joindre à notre équipe. La personne recherchée sera responsable de répondre aux demandes de ventes et de service, de traiter les commandes et les soumissions, de coordonner les livraisons et d’offrir du soutien concernant les produits.
    Ce poste convient parfaitement à une personne qui aime travailler dans un environnement dynamique, résoudre des problèmes et offrir un excellent service à la clientèle.
    Principales responsabilités
    • Répondre aux appels de ventes et aux demandes des clients existants.
    • Fournir de l’information sur les produits, les prix, les disponibilités, le statut des commandes et les livraisons.
    • Traiter les commandes et les soumissions des clients avec précision et efficacité.
    • Effectuer les suivis de soumissions et assurer le suivi des demandes des clients jusqu’à leur résolution.
    • Coordonner les commandes et les livraisons avec les départements internes et les usines de fabrication.
    • Répondre aux questions techniques et non techniques concernant les produits.
    • Offrir du soutien concernant l’utilisation, le fonctionnement et l’entretien des équipements et produits.
    • Maintenir des dossiers à jour et assurer une communication efficace avec les clients et les équipes internes.
    • Offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel tout en gérant plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Qualifications
    • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit.
    • Diplôme d’études secondaires requis; diplôme collégial ou universitaire, un atout.
    • 1 à 2 ans d’expérience en service à la clientèle, ventes ou dans un domaine connexe, un atout.
    • Bonnes aptitudes mécaniques ou intérêt marqué pour les aspects techniques.
    • Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
    • Très bonnes compétences organisationnelles et informatiques.
    • Capacité à travailler de façon autonome, à résoudre des problèmes et à prendre de bonnes décisions.
    • Esprit d’équipe et fort souci de la satisfaction de la clientèle.
    • Attitude positive et capacité à s’adapter et à bien travailler dans un environnement dynamique.

    Lundi au vendredi, de 7 h 30 à 16 h 30
