We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to support customers through inbound sales and service inquiries, process orders and quotations, coordinate deliveries, and provide product support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound sales calls and customer inquiries.
• Provide product, pricing, availability, order status, and delivery information.
• Process customer orders and quotations accurately.
• Follow up on quotes and customer requests through completion.
• Coordinate orders and deliveries with internal teams and manufacturing facilities.
• Assist with product and technical inquiries.
• Support equipment and product use, operation, and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service, sales, or related experience.
• Mechanical aptitude or technical inclination.
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities.
• Team-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

• Full-time Permanent
