Position Summary The Executive Assistant serves as a strategic partner to the ChiefOperatingOfficer, operating with exceptional judgment, strongproject managementknowledge, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. This role supports the COO in managing complex priorities, driving high-impact initiatives, coordinatingSenior Leadershipactivities, and strengthening communication across theCOO’steam. The Executive Assistant manages sensitive information with absolute discretion, ensures operational excellence, and helps enable the organization’s mission by maximizing the COO’s effectiveness.

Compensation & Benefits

$64,000-$75,000 per year

Job Duties & Functions

Manage and optimize the COO’s complex calendar, prioritizing meetings and anticipating scheduling needs

Coordinate, track, and support execution of cross-departmental strategic projects and initiatives

Serve as the strategic intake and prioritization lead for the COO, filtering information and requests to enable focus on high-value priorities

Anticipatethe Office of the COO’sneeds and proactively remove obstacles to progress

Facilitate communication and alignmentwithin the Office of the COO.

Coordinate allCOOmeetings, including agenda development, materials preparation, and follow-up action tracking

Act as the primary point of contact forCOOregarding logistics, information requests, and meeting follow-ups

Draft, edit, and prepare internal and external communications, presentations, and reports

Coordinate and manage COO travel arrangements and expense reporting

Plan, coordinate, and executeCOOevents, offsites, and key leadership meetings with a high level of detail and accuracy

Manage confidential information with discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism

Support cross-organizational initiatives by preparing briefings, summaries, and decision-ready materials for the COO

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field), or equivalent professional experience

Experience

Minimum of 5+ years of experience directly supporting C-suite or senior executives

Proven ability to manage confidential or sensitive executive-level information

Experiencepreparing executive-level presentations, reports, or formal communications

Experience coordinating travel and managing executive expense reporting

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams)

Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana) preferred

Work Location Work Location:

This is a hybrid opportunity open to folksresidingin the Greater Denver Metro area and will requirethe majority ofdaysper week on-sitewith some timeworkingremotely.

Shift/Ho ** urs: This is a Monday through Friday, 8-5 PM role.May require occasional evening or weekend hours.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit, stand, bend, and reach; operate standard office equipment including phone, computer, copier, printer, and scanner. Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. Primarily office-based work. May require occasional evening or weekend hours.
