Key Responsibilities: Financial Operations & Full-Cycle Accounts Payable • Oversee and execute the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, managing a high volume of transactions via wire, check, and alternative payment methods.
Accounting, Month-End Close & Reconciliations • Drive month-end AP close activities, preparing journal entries and conducting complex account reconciliations for major balance sheet items.
Cross-Border Tax Compliance • Manage sales tax filings and compliance for both Canadian and US entities.
Audit Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner cross-functionally with the Sales and Operations teams to investigate root causes of A/P discrepancies and implement workflow solutions.
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting • 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
