Providing executive leadership over credit operations, adjudication, and overall portfolio quality
Overseeing retail, residential mortgage, and commercial credit adjudication
Establishing and maintaining credit policies, lending standards, risk parameters, and approval authorities
Providing oversight of complex and higher-risk credit decisions
Monitoring portfolio performance, credit quality, concentrations, delinquencies, and emerging risks
Leading collections and credit operations activities
Partnering closely with business leaders to support responsible lending growth while maintaining strong credit discipline
Providing reporting and recommendations to executive leadership and the Board
Leading and developing the credit team while strengthening processes, controls, and overall adjudication practices
What you must have:
They are particularly interested in candidates with 10+ years of progressive lending and credit experience, including senior leadership experience within a regulated financial institution.
Strong expertise across commercial and residential credit is important, and previous credit union experience would be highly valued.
Salary/Rate Range: $143,446–$179,308 + AMAZING Benefits!!
The position offers a hybrid working arrangement in the Greater Vancouver area.
