Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Specialist to design, develop, and support enterprise SaaS platforms within the Content and Knowledge Management Fleet, including Viva Engage, Box, Confluence, Qualtrics, and AI-powered intranet search solutions.
The role will focus on Viva Engage infrastructure, migration tooling, Microsoft 365 integrations, enterprise identity, onboarding, and platform support.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and support Viva Engage infrastructure tooling and applications.
Develop migration tooling for Viva Engage onboarding and legacy platform transitions.
Troubleshoot integration, onboarding, and operational issues across complex environments.
Collaborate with business units to onboard teams and communities to Viva Engage.
Create and maintain deployment, configuration, operational, and support documentation.
Coordinate with SaaS vendors and support teams.
Ensure compliance with governance and change management standards.
Respond to and resolve escalated support tickets.
Participate in the platform support on-call rotation.
Work cross-functionally with Security Architecture, LDAP/Web Proxy Engineering, Governance, and Compliance teams.
8+ years of application development experience using C#, .NET, and SharePoint.
Experience building enterprise-grade Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Graph API solutions.
Strong PowerShell and SharePoint Online administration experience.
Strong knowledge of OAuth, SAML, and enterprise identity integration.
Ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-system enterprise environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Deep understanding of Viva Engage, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams integrations.
Experience building SaaS onboarding and lifecycle management solutions.
Experience using AI development tools.
Understanding of e-communications, information barriers, data classification, and DLP frameworks.
Experience supporting enterprise community and digital workplace platforms.
Experience supporting large-scale migrations.
A hands-on engineering professional with strong C#/.NET, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Graph API, PowerShell, and identity integration expertise, capable of supporting enterprise SaaS platforms, leading migrations, troubleshooting complex integrations, and collaborating effectively across technical and business teams.
