IT Project Solutions Engineer

Salary: $60,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• We need someone with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in an IT project or solutions-focused role.
• You should be comfortable working directly with hardware, software, systems, networks, Wi‑Fi, and servers.
• Experience monitoring and maintaining servers and network environments is expected.
• You must be able to provide advanced technical support to client stakeholders, including IT managers.
• Prior exposure to project coordination or project management is important.
• We are looking for someone who can work independently, manage several priorities at once, and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Candidates should live in or near Calgary, Alberta.
• Applicants must have the current right to work in Canada.

Responsibilities:

• We will rely on you to deliver first- and second-line technical support to our customers as part of our support desk team.
• You will assist with hardware support for laptops, desktops, servers, storage devices, and network equipment.
• We will expect you to support a wide range of software used across different industries.
• You will carry out on-site troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair visits when needed.
• You will escalate more complex issues to senior technicians or external vendors as appropriate.
• You will help maintain awareness of current hardware and software trends, tools, and technologies.
