Starting at $32.05/hour (evening premium included)
Monday to Friday, 2:40 pm. to 11:10 pm.

What does the role involve? Working closely with the Supervisor, the Team Lead supports, motivates and guides team members while actively contributing to daily operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

What will your responsibilities be as a Team Lead?
Promote a safe work environment by ensuring compliance with health and safety rules, responding promptly when needed, and fostering a culture of prevention.
Plan and coordinate daily activities, assign tasks based on priorities, lead start-of-shift meetings, and ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
Maintain a strong floor presence to support the team, answer questions, address issues, and identify training needs.
Monitor operational performance through audits, and ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and established processes.
Guide and engage team members by encouraging collaboration, supporting development, and promoting continuous improvement.
Actively contribute to departmental improvement projects, technical training, and performance evaluation processes.
Promote employee engagement and foster awareness of Lean Manufacturing practices.
