Job description
  • Overview* Soontiraratn Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will help collect, organize, and interpret business data to support informed decision-making across our organization. You will work closely with different departments to prepare reports, identify trends, and contribute to improving operational efficiency. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your analytical skills in a collaborative and technology-focused environment. *Responsibilities* - Collect, organize, and maintain business data from various internal sources. - Review datasets for accuracy, consistency, and completeness. - Prepare regular reports, summaries, and data visualizations to support business operations. - Analyze trends and identify patterns that help improve business performance. - Assist with maintaining databases and updating company records. - Collaborate with team members to understand reporting requirements and provide analytical support. - Create spreadsheets, charts, and presentations using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools. - Support process improvement initiatives by providing data-driven insights. - Ensure confidential business information is handled securely and accurately. - Perform other analytical and administrative tasks as assigned. *Skills* - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, charts, and data organization. - Basic knowledge of SQL or database concepts is considered an asset. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Comfortable working independently as well as within a team environment. - Previous experience in data analysis, reporting, or administrative support is considered an asset.
