Our consumer business client is seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to support Salesforce data model refactoring using Salesforce Service Cloud and Person Accounts
Join a large-scale Salesforce transformation initiative focused on modernizing customer data architecture and supporting the future of a Membership and Loyalty platform. This role is centered on discovery, analysis, and impact assessment across a complex Salesforce ecosystem including Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, integrations, and third-party applications. The project involves transitioning from a traditional Contact/Account model to Person Accounts while assessing dependencies and downstream impacts across enterprise systems. The initial contract runs through December 31, , with a likelihood of extension into .
Contract until Dec 31 will likely extend into next year. Vancouver preferred open to Toronto Working Hours: PST
Must Haves
- 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or Technical Business Analyst on enterprise-scale initiatives
- Salesforce Service Cloud and Person Accounts expertise
- Business analysis including workshops, requirements gathering, user stories, and functional documentation
- Integrations, system dependencies, and discovery-focused project experience
- Salesforce Certifications
Nice to Have
- Experience with large Salesforce data migration to Person Accounts
- Experience supporting Membership and Loyalty platform initiatives
- Experience working with Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Loyalty Cloud
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions and workshops with business and technical stakeholders
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
- Create user stories, process flows, system maps, and functional documentation
- Identify assumptions, gaps, risks, and system dependencies
- Map Salesforce object relationships and integration impacts
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, Developers, and QA throughout the project
- Support testing and validation activities
