Join Our Team as a Financial Services Sales Agent!

At Kognitive Sales Solutions, we're all about connecting great people with exciting opportunities. We're looking for friendly, motivated individuals to join our team as Financial Services Sales Agents. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face helping customers understand and choose financial products that fit their needs – all while earning great pay and growing your sales skills!

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and engage customers in a positive, approachable way.
  • Explain the features and benefits of various financial products clearly and confidently.
  • Listen carefully to customers’ needs and recommend the best solutions.
  • Hit your sales goals and help build strong relationships between customers and our trusted client brands.
  • Work closely with store teams to create a smooth customer experience.
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect customer information at all times.

  • Trustworthy and ethical, with respect for privacy.
  • Willing to complete a background check.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is great but not required — attitude matters most!
  • A valid driver's license is a bonus but not essential.

Requirements

  • Friendly and outgoing personality.

  • Previous customer service or sales experience is an asset but not required.
  • Driver’s license is an asset but not mandatory.
