Our client seeking a new Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Analyst who will have very important responsibilities in accounts payable, accounts receivable, contract review (to understand payment terms), purchase order administration, cash management, and following procurement processes. This role also touches upon things like internal controls, project accounting, and financial reporting. It’s a very well-rounded and interesting role! We are looking for an individual with at least 5 years of complex full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable work experience, and preferably 7+ years. Must have experience on the accounting team of a company that has Purchase Orders (PO), with high value invoices ($1M and above), and that follows strong procurement processes. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, V look-ups, etc.) is required. Experience using an ERP and automation tools is highly preferred. Candidates will have a friendly, clear, and professional communication style.
Competitive compensation commensurate with level of relevant accounting skills, work experience, and education. Salary range of $73,000 to $90,000, with a sweet spot in the $80,000s.
