Associate Vice President, Government & Community Relations About the Company Pioneering research university Industry Higher Education Type Educational Institution Employees 1001-5000 About the Role The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Government and Community Relations to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive strategy that enhances the institutional reputation and fosters strong, integrated relationships with external partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing vision, leadership, and direction in all aspects of government and community relations, with a particular focus on strategic issues at all levels of government. This role involves working closely with senior management to set advocacy and policy priorities, coordinating government relations activities across multiple campuses, and ensuring that the institution is at the forefront of government awareness. The AVP will also be instrumental in positioning the company as a trusted advisor to government and a leader in evidence-based policy. Applicants for the Associate Vice President position at the company should have a proven track record in government and community relations, with a strong understanding of the bureaucratic and protocol requirements.
