Physical Stamina & Safety Rigor: Able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs, navigate stairs and ladders, adhere strictly to SOPs, and wear required PPE (steel-toe boots, safety glasses, hearing protection).

Aligned Mindset: Detail-driven professional with a positive attitude aligned with our mission to deliver vendor-neutral energy solutions.

Pay & Schedule
Compensation: $23.00 – $25.00 / hour + comprehensive company benefits package

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

Advantages
WHAT WE'LL OFFER YOU
Competitive Compensation: A robust compensation package including a competitive salary and comprehensive company benefits.

Expert Mentorship: Access to decades of industry experience to help expand your technical knowledge and advance your career.

Safety-First Culture: A dynamic work environment where your commitment to safety is recognized, valued, and actively supported.

Purpose-Driven Work: Join a collaborative team that lives by core values: Be Great, Be Kind, Stand Out, Have Fun, Give Back, and Together We Win.

Responsibilities
Manage Incoming Logistics: Inspect, verify, and log all incoming shipments against purchase orders to maintain supply chain accuracy.

Execute Order Fulfillment: Pack, inspect, and label domestic and international orders to ensure timely, error-free shipments.

Maintain Inventory Accuracy: Perform routine cycle counts and update digital records in real time to uphold precise stock levels.

Operate Equipment Safely: Skillfully drive forklifts and maneuver material handling tools to move goods safely across the facility.

Optimize Warehouse Space: Structure storage workflows to improve daily efficiency while keeping the workspace clean, organized, and compliant.

Cross-Departmental Coordination: Partner with shipping carriers and internal teams to streamline logistics and hit project milestones.

Qualifications
Background: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in shipping, receiving, or industrial warehouse environments.
