Senior Paid Media Strategist

Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking an experienced Senior Paid Media Strategist on behalf of our client, an industry-leading digital agency. In this role, you will take ownership of cross-channel paid advertising strategies and end-to-end campaign execution for key client accounts. We are looking for a data-driven digital marketer who can turn performance insights into measurable business growth while serving as a strategic partner to clients.

Qualifications
Industry Experience: 5+ years of digital advertising experience focused on paid campaign execution, including 3+ years in performance marketing management.

Core Competencies: Demonstrated track record building high-performing campaigns across major platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and video media (YouTube).

Technical Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with analytics and tracking infrastructure (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics); active certifications in Google Ads or Analytics are strongly preferred.

Communication & Analytics: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and present strategic recommendations directly to client stakeholders.

Collaboration & Execution: Detail-oriented team player comfortable working with daily remote collaboration tools and navigating dynamic environment priorities.

Education: Post-secondary background in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, or equivalent practical industry experience.
