Job description
Temporary 10 MONTH SECONDARY SECRETARY - HOLY NAMES HIGH SCHOOL Monday - Friday Half-Time 9:30 am - 1:00 pm Reporting to the Principal/Administrative Assistant, the duties of the Secondary Secretary include: DUTIES General reception and telephone duties. On-Call and supply teacher coverage. Assist Main Office, Guidance and Attendance Secretaries as assigned. All other duties as assigned by the Principal/Administrative Assistant. QUALIFICATIONS: Secondary school graduate or equivalent required. Successful completion of an Office Administration Program from a recognized Post-Secondary Institution and/or equivalent experience in the office administration is preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher) Word processing, database and spreadsheet experience required. Experience with Google Applications would be an asset. Experience with Aspen (Student Information System) would be an asset. Experience with EasyConnect would be an asset. Proven commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
