Compensation: $1,900–$2,500 ($2,200–$3,300 for Latin America.
Location: PH, LATAM, South Africa
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm MST

Because our approach breaks away from traditional high-volume chiropractic care, conveying our unique value proposition through authentic, organic video content and active social media engagement is core to our brand growth.

Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic, highly reliable, and visually creative Organic Content Creator & Marketing Assistant to take full ownership of our digital content ecosystem and outbound social messaging.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between raw video production, brand storytelling, and proactive lead outreach. You will take raw footage provided by our clinical team (e.g., turning 10 videos into 40+ high-value social posts), edit short-form vertical videos, execute a structured Instagram DM messaging playbook, and run marketing funnels inside Go High Level (GHL).

Key Responsibilities

1. Short-Form Video Production & Graphic Design

• Repurpose Raw Media: Transform raw footage, clinical demonstrations, and rehab clips into polished short-form assets (Reels, Shorts, TikToks).
• Native & Platform Editing: Edit dynamic vertical videos using native platform tools (Instagram Edits, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Cloud) complete with hooks, captions, graphics, transitions, and trending audio.
• Graphic Creation: Design clean, brand-aligned visual graphics, carousel posts, and thumbnails using Canva.

2. Social Media Management & DM Outreach

• Content Scheduling: Publish and cross-post content consistently across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube following an organic content calendar.
• Proactive Lead Engagement: Execute an daily direct message (DM) outreach strategy (30–50 interactions/day) following a simple, scripted workflow to greet new followers, assess injury needs, and route qualified conversations into clinical bookings.
• Community Interaction: Monitor comments, mentions, and inquiries to foster community engagement.

3. CRM Operations & Marketing Funnels (Go High Level)

• GHL Management: Maintain and manage patient outreach funnels, automated workflows, and contacts within Go High Level.
• AI-Assisted Copywriting: Utilize pre-built AI prompt bots (ChatGPT, Claude) to quickly generate engaging social media captions, hook options, and marketing copy that align with our brand voice.
• Email Marketing: Draft, format, and schedule approximately 2 educational or story-driven emails per week to nurture our existing patient database.

4. Long-Form Media & Local Visibility

• Long-Form Asset Preparation: Assist with basic editing, formatting, and audio/video asset management for weekly long-form media (YouTube clips and podcast episodes).
• Local SEO Maintenance: Publish weekly updates to Google Business Profile to drive local discovery and regional sports medicine search dominance.
• Performance Tracking: Log basic daily ad and funnel performance metrics to help leadership identify winning content formats.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in organic social media management, short-form video editing, and digital content creation for commercial brands.
• Video Editing Proficiency: Strong technical ability in editing vertical videos optimized for platform algorithms (Hooks, dynamic subtitles, smooth transitions).
• Software Competency: Practical experience using Go High Level (GHL), Canva, and standard video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Suite, or Instagram native editors).
• AI Tool Usage: Familiarity leveraging generative AI writing platforms (ChatGPT, Claude) for copy generation and brainstorming.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English, with strong conversational copywriting skills for DMs, captions, and email campaigns.
• Operational Discipline: High accountability, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to consistently adhere to SOPs and publishing cadences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background or active interest in sports medicine, physical therapy, strength training, running, or fitness environments.
• Experience managing local business marketing, Google Business Profiles, or local SEO tactics.
• Prior exposure to healthcare, chiropractic, or clinical marketing workflows.
• Bilingual capability (English / Spanish) is a strong plus.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

1. Content Output & Consistency: Timely publishing of content across primary social channels adhering strictly to the weekly content calendar.
2. DM Execution: Daily completion of required direct messaging interactions following the established script without sacrificing interaction quality.
3. Engagement Growth: Organic reach, video retention, and audience growth across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
4. CRM Accuracy: Precise lead categorization and timely follow-ups inside Go High Level.
