The successful candidate will be a strategic and values-driven leader, responsible for the integrated oversight of human resources, finance, physical plant, and information technology services. This senior executive will work closely with the President, Board, and other leaders to ensure that the institution's resources and priorities align with its mission, values, and long-term sustainability. Key responsibilities include driving financial sustainability, fostering a culture of innovation and change, and engaging the community to strengthen operational foundations. The role demands a leader who can balance financial stewardship, people leadership, and operational excellence, and who is adept at fostering a collaborative, values-driven organizational culture. Applicants for the Vice-President role at the company should have significant leadership experience in one or more of the portfolio areas, with a strong preference for those with a background in post-secondary education or other complex, mission-driven organizations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial management, human resources, and information technology, and be adept at leading organizational change and fostering collaboration.
