As an HR Business Partner at Vantage, you will be pivotal in shaping our company culture and supporting our employees throughout various stages of growth. This generalist role encompasses a broad range of HR functions, including HRIS administration, employee benefits, employee relations, performance management, talent development, payroll, and strategic HR initiatives. You will work closely with executive leadership and people managers to align with business objectives, foster employee engagement, and build an inclusive, high-performing workplace. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional adept at managing multiple HR projects and contributing to the company’s operational HR efforts.
