Location: Montreal, QC

Job Description :

The role we are offering you:

As a Data Analyst- Power BI , you will play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive operational excellence, improve customer experience, and support governance frameworks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data models, dashboards and reports using Power BI

  • Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources (Salesforce, Jira, Planisware, internal dashboards).
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Create interactive visualizations and executive-level scorecards.
  • Ensure dashboards provide accurate, reliable, and user-friendly insights
  • Partner with business leaders to understand reporting needs.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Provide training and support to dashboard users.
  • Perform root cause analysis on implementation issues and develop dashboards to monitor KPIs.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with KPI frameworks and governance models.
  • Familiarity with issue tracking systems (Jira, Salesforce) and multilingual environments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • 2 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to collaborate across organizational levels and support leadership teams.
  • A results-driven mindset with strong focus on achieving project objectives.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability.
  • Autonomy in task execution and decision-making within established frameworks.
  • Flexibility and agility in managing priorities and adapting to evolving needs.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
