As the Health and Wellness Manager Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) your expertise as a leader will shine through coordinating personalized care plans conducting detailed resident assessments and maintaining accurate Electronic Health Records (EHR). You will play a critical role liaising with regulatory bodies ensuring compliance with BC Assisted Living regulations and enhancing resident and family communication.
We are looking for a Health and Wellness Manager Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a minimum of 3 years experience in assisted living or long-term care strong knowledge of BC health authority standards and proven skills in documentation incident reporting and staff training

Qualifications:
Must provide a complete and current Vulnerable Sector Check (including a Criminal Background Check) within the last six months or be willing to obtain one.
