Follow Mattamy construction processes, policies, and quality standards, taking action to address any gaps or deficiencies. Oversee day-to-day site activity, ensuring trades are on schedule, delivering quality work, and completing tasks as expected. Walk homes daily to identify deficiencies, ensure Building Code compliance, and confirm all homeowner options and upgrades are completed accurately. Complete detailed frame checks prior to drywall and follow up to ensure all items are addressed in a timely manner. Schedule and lead homeowner frame walks, providing a positive and professional experience. Coordinate the scheduling of trades, suppliers, and inspections to keep construction progressing smoothly. Identify and resolve issues on site, ensuring work aligns with plans, specifications, and Mattamy standards. Review and approve trade work for quality and completion prior to issuing sign-offs. Support material ordering and ensure required materials are available to avoid delays. Maintain and update the production schedule on a regular basis, highlighting risks, changes, and progress to the Senior Builder. Work closely with internal teams (site and head office) to support overall production and communication. Schedule and attend municipal inspections, addressing any deficiencies as required.
