Job description
If you're hands-on, hardworking, and eager to learn a skilled trade, this could be the perfect fit for you. You'll work with experienced crew members, operate tools and equipment, and help ensure job sites stay clean, safe, and organized. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the restoration industry and gain experience in water damage/fire damage etc.A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LABOURERAs a Labourer, you're part of the action! You love helping turn damaged spaces into fresh starts. You'll load up the FIRST ONSITE truck and head to customer sites/homes where every job brings something different. One day, you might be clearing debris or setting up equipment; the next, helping with demolition or cleanup. You'll learn from experienced teammates and take pride in leaving each site better and safer than when you arrived. Your hard work and drive keep projects on track and customers one step closer to getting their spaces/homes back.QualificationsBasic knowledge of hand and power tools, construction materials, and construction or cleaning techniquesStrong work ethic and willingness to learnProficient in using mobile devices and relevant applicationsBasic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suiteEffective communication skills and a positive team attitudeValid full G driver's license and clear driver's abstractFit test and other safety certifications Includes participation in a rotating on-call scheduleAbility to complete work activities that may involve material handling, lifting, climbing, and the use of personal protective equipment including respirators, safety footwear, and other required gearAre you Ready?Your next opportunity starts here.
