This role helps ensure the reliable operation of computing, classroom, and office technology that supports teaching, learning, research, and administrative activities. If you enjoy solving technical problems, supporting people with varying levels of technical knowledge, and working with a broad range of technologies in a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply. Qualifications
A diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Administration, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education, industry certifications, and directly related experience may be considered. A minimum of two years of experience providing technical support in a help desk or desktop support environment. Experience installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, peripheral devices, and audiovisual technology. Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and work both independently and collaboratively. Assets
