Job description

Job Title: Bilingual Contract Administrator (French)

Location: Remote


Opportunity

Distributor Services has an opportunity for Bilingual Contract Administrators. As the successful candidate, you will be accountable for contracting, licensing, and transfers of business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review contracting requirements and process new advisor requests within multiple systems.
  • Review licensing in line with advisor contracting and provincial requirements.
  • Complete research and movement of business between advisors.
  • Handle ongoing administrative maintenance for advisors contracted with the organization.
  • Ensure processes are in line with company policies, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure processes being followed are in line with company policies as well as compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate with internal and external partners using strong bilingual oral and written communication skills.
  • Work effectively under pressure, handling high volumes and meeting expected SLAs.
  • Demonstrate organizational and priority management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Provide excellent customer service and relationship management.
  • Collaborate and support in a team environment with minimal supervision.


Required Skills

  1. Strong bilingual oral and written communication skills are required to communicate with internal and external partners (written and verbal fluent in both English and French).
  2. Familiarity with complex distribution systems (or an aptitude to learn new software).
  3. Experience with Microsoft Excel.
  4. Experience and/or knowledge in the insurance industry.


Nice-to-Have Skills

  1. Knowledge of licensing requirements in all Canadian provinces.


Soft Skills

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while handling high volumes and meeting expected SLAs.
  • Strong organizational and priority management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and support a team environment with minimal supervision.


Education

  • Bachelor's degree is a nice-to-have; relevant experience will be given greater consideration.
