We’re expanding our Rocketlane PSA Implementation Practice and are looking for a Project Manager to help drive results!

Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will own the successful delivery of Rocketlane PSA implementations from kickoff through go-live and adoption. You will lead customers and delivery teams through complex onboarding journeys driving clarity, accountability, and momentum at every stage.

This is not a status-reporting role.

You are the quarterback of the engagement: aligning stakeholders, managing risks, guiding decisions, and ensuring customers realize value fast. You’ll balance consultative leadership with operational rigor, keeping projects on track while advising customers on best practices and course-correcting when needed.

This role blends customer-facing consulting, delivery leadership, and business ownership. You’ll work closely with Solution Architects, Consultants, and Integration specialists to deliver scalable, repeatable outcomes across multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle from kickoff through go-live and transition
• Lead discovery, planning, and alignment sessions with customer stakeholders
• Establish clear scope, outcomes, and success criteria
• Translate business objectives into actionable delivery plans
• Drive cross-functional delivery across Solution Architects, Consultants, Integrations, and Data teams
• Run governance cadences, status reviews, and executive updates
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs resolving them quickly
• Manage scope changes and protect delivery integrity
• Guide customers toward Rocketlane and Professional Services best practices (not just take requests)
• Lead tough conversations and escalations with confidence and clarity
• Track budgets, forecasts, utilization, and project margin
• Ensure adoption readiness through training, change management, and transition planning
• Use AI tools, automations, and standardized assets to streamline project operations
• Conduct retrospectives and continuously improve delivery playbooks

Qualifications

Must Have Skills

Professional English proficiency is a must.

Delivery Leadership

• 3+ years leading SaaS or PSA implementations
• Proven ability to run multiple customer engagements simultaneously
• Experience owning projects end-to-end with minimal supervision
• Strong understanding of onboarding and implementation best practices

Consulting & Stakeholder Management

• Comfortable leading workshops and executive conversations
• Ability to be assertive and guide customers toward the right approach
• Experience navigating escalations and difficult trade-offs
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong facilitation and decision-making skills

Operational & Business Acumen

• Experience managing scope, budgets, and financial performance
• Resource planning and forecasting experience
• Risk management mindset
• Data-driven approach to delivery performance

Ownership & Problem Solving

• Bias for action and accountability
• Thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
• Proactively removes blockers rather than escalating them
• Strong organizational discipline and follow-through

Bonus Skills

• Experience with PSA tools (Rocketlane, Certinia, Kantata, etc.)
• Professional Services or consulting delivery background
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP ecosystems
• Change management or adoption experience
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent mindset
• Experience using AI/automation to improve operational efficiency

• Rocketlane Academy Training Path – 1 week
• TAG Rocketlane Implementation Methodology Review – 2 days
• Klient PSA Training – 2 days
• Klient PSA Time Tracking – 1 day
• Admin Teach Back – 1 week
