Position Profile and Role

Weare a 40-bed unit focused on delivering high-quality palliative andrehabiliative care. You will support patients with acute medicalconditions, complex rehab needs, and life-limitingillnesses.

The Registered Nurse works as partof a multidisciplinary team you will provide comprehensiveevidence-based nursing care to patients. You will facilitate andpromote patient safety and quality of care. The Registered Nursepractices within their scope of practice considerate of the Nursingand Midwifery Board’s Nursing Practice Decision Flowchart.
