A competitive compensation structure with a biweekly base salary of $2,000 plus commission. Projected total commission earnings for the season (March 1 to November 30) are estimated at $20,000, achieved primarily during the 9-month season.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers warmly and provide tailored demonstrations of boats that align with their needs, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Utilize prospecting and follow-up processes to build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing customers, whether online or in person.
• Sell a variety of products, including boats, pontoon packages, outboard engines, trailers, accessories, trolling motors, fish finders, and other related items.
• Leverage alternative media channels, such as social media platforms, Kijiji, Marketplace, and boating forums, to connect with and engage customers.
• Become a visible and trusted expert on the features and benefits of our products by developing engaging sales content for social media, including videos and blog posts.
• Represent the company at boat shows, sales events, and industry conferences to promote products and generate leads.
• Ensure product displays are clean, organized, and in excellent condition to create a positive impression for customers.
• Provide support to the service and parts sales team to contribute to overall operations.

What You Bring

Must Have:

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the recreation, powersports, marine, or automotive industries.
• A strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• A proven record of exceptional attendance, demonstrating reliability and commitment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the sales cycle, including lead generation, relationship building, closing, and post-sale follow-up.
• Confidence in asking for the sale and successfully closing deals.
• Excellent customer discovery skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Tech-savvy with experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and the ability to quickly learn new digital tools, sales technologies, and software.

Compensation & Perks
