Dental Receptionist

The ideal Dental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently. About Us: We are a well-established, patient-focused dental practice committed to delivering high-quality care in a friendly and professional environment. We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, reliable, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. What we are offering:

Greet and welcome patients in a warm and professional manner Answer phone calls and respond to emails Schedule and confirm patient appointments Verify insurance benefits and process insurance claims Process payments and maintain accurate patient records Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth daily schedule Maintain a clean and organized reception area Provide outstanding customer service to every patient Qualifications:
