Job description

INNIO Group is a global distributed energy solutions provider that delivers reliable, flexible, transient, decentralized, modular and efficient power. The company delivers power for applications including data centers, microgrids, grid stabilization, industrial energy and gas compression.

INNIO operates a global installed base across approximately 100 countries as of December 31, 2025, supported by a resilient, high‑margin services business that delivers long‑term, recurring revenues across the full equipment lifecycle. • Drive cross-functional corrective actions that improve product reliability and reduce customer defects.
  • Utilize quality and reliability methodologies including MTBF, FMEA, and related analytical tools to improve product performance.
  • Cross-Functional Project Leadership
  • Lead and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously while managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Service, and Leadership teams to resolve quality concerns and drive improvements.
  • Support platform development activities, product launches, and engineering change management processes, including the release of new engine products.

What Youor Bring
