Responsibilities
Content Creation & Execution
• Create engaging, platform-specific content, including videos, photos, stories, UGC, and behind-the-scenes (BTS) content.
• Write inspiring bilingual captions that engage our audience and reflect the brand’s personality.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content across all social platforms.
• Develop creative concepts inspired by social media trends, fashion, and brand strategy.
Community & On-the-Ground Engagement
• Engage with our community by responding to comments and messages, creating conversations, and bringing a human voice to the brand.
• Participate in photoshoots, events, and store visits to capture authentic, in-the-moment content.
• Identify, curate, and amplify user-generated content (UGC) from our community.
Acquisition, Amplification & Growth
• Develop initiatives to grow our community organically and through amplification strategies.
• Optimize content to maximize discoverability by leveraging social SEO, trends, and platform-specific formats.
• Identify amplification opportunities through content creators, micro-influencers, collaborations, and sponsored content.
• Test new formats and tactics to increase reach, engagement, and community growth.
Analysis & Optimization
• Track key performance indicators, including reach, impressions, engagement rate, click-through rate (CTR), community growth, and video performance.
• Analyze top-performing content and recommend opportunities for optimization.
• Prepare clear, relevant, and actionable reports to support the team’s decision-making.
