You'll work within a collaborative team environment, partnering with stakeholders and suppliers to deliver efficient andpliant sourcing solutions.Your New RoleReporting to the Procurement Supervisor, you will manage procurement activities from requisition to purchase order, while supporting sourcing initiatives, supplier relationships, and contract administration. You will serve as a key contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring purchasing requirements are executed efficiently,pliantly, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities• Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, amendments, releases, and close-outs.
• Lead RFQ/RFI activities, including bid evaluation and supplier rmendations.
• Resolve pricing, delivery, contractual, and supplier performance issues.
• Partner with stakeholders, suppliers, and contract administrators throughout the procurement process.
• Ensure procurement activitiesply withpany policies andernance requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements while supporting procurement reporting.What You'll Need to Succeed Must-Have Requirements • 3+ years of procurement, purchasing, or contract administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, sourcing, and contract management practices.
• Experience managing purchase orders, requisitions, and suppliermunications.
• Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellentmunication and stakeholder management abilities.
Nice-to-Have Requirements • Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• SCMA/SCMP designation, or progress toward certification.
