Responsibilities
Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist

What your day-to-day will look like:

- Your main mission? To act as the Operational Right Hand to the VP of Sales and streamline the team's daily operations. You will serve as the strategic link between international clients (Poland, China, United States, Europe) and local operations in Québec City.

- Operational Management: Managing orders, handling the main inbox, and proactively following up on files.

- Problem Solving: Processing return merchandise authorizations (RMA) and maintaining rigorous follow-ups with production (a stimulating and dynamic environment!).

- International Communication: Interacting daily in English with major global partners.

- Sales Support: Preparing basic quotes for existing clients.

Qualifications
Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist

What you need to shine:

- Experience: Customer service, sales support, or client account management.

- Bilingualism (French and English): You will be communicating daily with English-speaking clients located outside of Québec.

- Tech-Savvy: General comfort with computer systems and experience with ERP/CRM software.

- Attitude & Resourcefulness: We are looking for a rigorous, proactive individual who excels at managing priorities under tight deadlines.
