  • Investigate and assess contract deviations by gathering and analyzing relevant information, assessing the scope, root cause, and potential impacts on operations, finances, compliance, and service delivery, identifying affected stakeholders, and recommending corrective actions and risk mitigation strategies to support informed decision-making and contractual compliance.
  • Support the management of technology vendors and service providers by monitoring contract compliance, service commitments, performance metrics, and risks requirements, and identifying and addressing issues as they arise.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and technical expertise to Asset Management Analysts, including knowledge sharing, coaching, and the delivery of ad hoc training to support employee development, service excellence, and consistent application of asset management practices.

  • Hands on experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, including creating purchase requisitions, purchase order and vendor invoice management.
  • A demonstrated ability to support end-to-end procure-to-pay processes, including invoice receipt, invoice and payment reconciliation, approval workflows, automated invoice processing, and the generation of financial and operational reports from the ERP system.
  • Highly developed information-gathering, analytical, evaluative, problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to elicit, analyze, and validate financial and technology product/service requirements, assess complex business needs, apply sound judgment and strategic thinking, communicate findings clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders, and develop and recommend effective, client-focused solutions.
  • A demonstrated ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects, competing priorities, and associated pressures while delivering quality results.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and customer service skills, demonstrated through effective verbal and written communication, sound judgment, diplomacy, initiative, and professionalism, with the ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams, build productive stakeholder relationships, and deliver customer-focused outcomes in response to evolving business needs.

It would be great if you also had:
