Job Overview We’re supporting a leading SAP-focused Food Business Unit that specializes in designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end SAP solutions for the food, beverage, and agriculture industries.
This team works with global enterprise clients leveraging
SAP S/4HANA, helping organizations modernize operations, improve supply chain efficiency, and drive scalable growth.
This role is ideal for a
hands-on SAP PP/QM Consultant who can lead implementations, work directly with business stakeholders, and deliver high-impact solutions in complex manufacturing environments.
What You’ll Be Doing - Lead SAP PP (Production Planning) & QM (Quality Management) implementations and enhancements
- Analyze, design, configure, test, and deliver SAP solutions aligned to business needs
- Map and optimize end-to-end production and quality processes within SAP
- Own and contribute to functional + technical documentation
- Work closely with business stakeholders to define To-Be processes
- Drive integration across modules (MM, SCM, FICO, etc.)
- Support data migration and production processes during implementations
- Lead workshops, client discussions, and testing cycles
- Mentor team members and contribute to project delivery excellence
Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiables)
- Canadian Citizen
- Fully bilingual (French & English) – strong written and verbal communication
- 4-6+ years SAP experience
- Experience in:
- SAP PP (Production Planning)
- SAP QM (Quality Management)
- Experience in Food / Beverage / Agriculture / Manufacturing industries preferred
- Hands-on experience with:
- SAP configuration, implementation, and support
- At least 3 full end-to-end SAP implementations
- Strong understanding of:
- SAP integration across modules (MM, PP, QM, SCM, LE, FICO)
- SAP implementation methodologies (Activate / ASAP)
- Ability to work client-facing and lead discussions/workshops
- Comfortable with high travel environments (up to 80%)
Nice-to-Have (Adds Strong Value)
- Experience in Meat or Dairy manufacturing
- Exposure to:
- PP-PI, PP/DS, IBP, APO
- EWM / TM (Supply Chain Execution)
- S/4HANA experience or certification
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
