The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the company's sales vision, developing and executing national and regional sales strategies, and overseeing all sales operations. This includes setting sales goals, pricing policy, and market expansion plans, as well as managing budget, sales forecasting, revenue reporting, and CRM. The role demands a leader with a strong background in key account and field sales, particularly in the food or consumer packaged goods sector, and a focus on building long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be a brand builder, a people-first leader, and will have a genuine fit for a small-town, family-oriented culture.
