Job description
Digital Printing Imaging SpecialistCurrent vacancy to be filled immediatelyTPH is a family-owned Canadian business, serving Canadians for over 60 years. TPH operates retail production centres across Canada to serve our customers where and when they need it. TPH has been named one of North America's most forest-friendly printers and one of Canada's Greenest Employers.We are currently looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Imaging Specialist who will be responsible for preparing customer supplied print files for press and printing orders following specifications set out in the work-order.Benefits:Dental CarePrescription Drug coverageVison CareLife InsurancePaid time offExtended Health CareEmployee Assistance ProgramLearning and Development Rewards and Recognition Program The Imaging Specialist operates and maintains advanced digital printing equipment to produce high-quality printed products according to customer specifications and production schedules. They prepare print files, manage workflows from pre-press through finishing, monitor print quality, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure all projects meet established production and quality standards.The ideal candidate enjoys a role with variety and collaboration with other team members and is looking for career advancement opportunities.Applicable skills and experience:Experience working with digital printers and DFEs such as Fiery, Xerox, Konica Minolta and others.Experience working with the CMYK colour space, and the Pantone colour matching system.Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite, and the pre-flight process for digital printing files.Knowledge of substrates and various paper stocks is an asset.Thank you for your interest in the Imaging Specialist role, and the effort you made in applying.
