Job description
Our client is looking MDM Mass Migration Project Support to provide mass mobile device support -
6 months contract to start, likely will renew, fully on site in Burnaby, 37.5 hrs per week
Must Have
- Demonstrated proficiency in operating, configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting Android and Apple (iOS/iPadOS) mobile devices and tablets.
- Experience diagnosing and resolving mobile device hardware, software, connectivity, and application-related issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint, including document management, permissions administration, collaboration features, and end-user support.
- Experience supporting Microsoft applications and services in an enterprise environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience administering and supporting Microsoft Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) solutions.
- Knowledge of mobile security, compliance controls, conditional access, and device lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
- ITIL Foundation certification or experience working within an IT service management framework.
- Candidates with experience using ServiceNow would be preferred.
