About the Role The Sales Coordinator and Customer Service Representative plays a key role in supporting our customers and ensuring smooth order processing.
You will be part of the Sales and Marketing team and will communicate daily with customers around the world.
Your responsibilities include entering and processing orders, answering inquiries, and helping customers with technical questions.
You will also work closely with the outside sales team to ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and providing exceptional service.

What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications • Post-secondary education; business or communications preferred.
Preferred Qualifications • Experience working in sales, customer service, and/or marketing.
What We Offer Our Team • The salary range for this role is $50,000 to $60,000 Canadian, annually.
