Job description
Temporary HR Generalist position in Montreal for a 6-month duration within an international ICT (Information and Communications Technology) company. The role involves covering a leave, managing day-to-day HR administration, preparing Canadian payroll (via an external provider), and supporting HR operations/projects for Canadian and US sites.

Responsibilities
Preparation and submission of bi-weekly payroll data for the Montreal site (40 employees) in collaboration with the external provider.

Management of daily employee relations and overall HR administration.

Alignment with the international HR team and support for the implementation of global payroll projects (Canada and US).

Responsibility for local HR compliance (labor laws, documents in French).

Qualifications
4 to 7 years of experience as an HR Generalist.

Hands-on experience with Canadian payroll and ideally US labor laws/standards (a major asset).

Fluent bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written, due to operations in the US and Canada.

Proficiency with IT tools: HiBob HRIS, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Office suite.

Strong autonomy, rigor, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
