The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's business objectives. This executive will serve as the principal HR advisor to the Chief Administrative Officer, ensuring that HR decisions support the company's profitability, operational stability, and long-term success. Key responsibilities include leading the global HR team, overseeing all HR disciplines, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation across multiple jurisdictions. The role also involves leading the HR due diligence process for mergers and acquisitions and developing post-acquisition integration plans. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, with a JD or significant employment law experience strongly preferred. A minimum of 15 years' progressive HR leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility, is required, with a focus on international HR and M&A. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading a global HR function, deep knowledge of employment law and compliance, and experience in optimizing HRIS systems. They should be pragmatic, commercially minded, and capable of making sound, balanced decisions. The role demands a leader who can build and develop a high-performing HR team, foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, and support the company's global operations through occasional travel.
