What you'll do

• Lead and manage multiple R&D projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and production teams to develop project specifications and timelines.
• Conduct regular project reviews to assess progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops to encourage innovative thinking among team members.
• Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets, to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Coordinate with external partners and suppliers to source materials and technologies that enhance project outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within an R&D or engineering environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to product development.
