The client is seeking a business-side product owner with at least 7 years of experience, capable of driving the business value of the individual savings ecosystem's products and maintaining an up-to-date roadmap.
This role is situated within a context of modernization and transformation: the individual will work within multidisciplinary "Fusion Teams" and act as a bridge between business needs and IT teams.
The recurring terms in the job description (simplify, translate, clarify, roadmap, acceptance criteria) indicate that the real priority is bidirectional translation between business and technology, rather than technical expertise itself. Knowledge of the savings, insurance, or financial sector is presented as an asset, but it appears essential given the scope of the role.
Profiles not to be confused with this role include: a Scrum Master or agile coach without a product definition mandate, or a business analyst without prioritization and roadmap responsibilities.
Requirement
- 7+ years as a business-side Product Owner (similar experience considered)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Ability to simplify and translate business and technology requirements in both directions
- Advanced French (spoken and written), intermediate English
Requirements
DESIRED
- Experience in complex transformation environments and managing uncertainty

ASSET / ADVANTAGE
- Knowledge of the savings, insurance, or financial services sector
- SAFe methodology
- Modern technologies: Cloud, APIs, Microservices, Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
Note: The 7-year threshold includes explicit client openness to comparable experience. Sector knowledge is described by the client as a “significant asset” and should be treated as a high-weight advantage.

- Profile exclusively as a business analyst without responsibility for a product roadmap.

- Insufficient French, either written or spoken, to lead ceremonies and write deliverables
