- Apply project management knowledge skills tools and techniques to meet project requirements.
- Develop and maintain the project master schedule in order to achieve the project objectives.
- Manage progress indicators and earned value schedule reports. Implement schedule changes and develop and maintain the schedule management plan.
- Develop and maintain the foundations of each baseline schedule.
- Create reference curves for progress and staffing levels. Generate all progress curves including forecasts actual data and estimates.
- Participate in the risk analysis related to the project schedule and integrate unforeseen events into the baseline schedule.
- Analyze the timelines of consultants suppliers and subcontractors and provide analyses and recommendations.
- Produce and verify monthly updates then prepare progress reports.
- Take into account the time lag as well as critical and near-critical activities.
- Verify and integrate the scope of work of all stakeholders into the overall project plan.
- Ensure that the scope of the project is adequately represented in the timelines.
- Provide timeline-related information for the tendering process including reporting requirements and key dates. Participate in bid evaluation and the ongoing management of consultants suppliers and subcontractors.
- Maintain and optimize the timeline through change management processes monitor progress and address potential risk areas.
- Examine and assess the impact on the schedule resulting from the changes and claims.
- Review the required progress reports and dashboards to provide project status information to all internal and external clients.
- Analyze and track schedule deviations margins trends and key performance indicators.
- Manage changes to the schedule and anticipate their impact on the project.
- Implement corrective measures when performance trends deviate from the baseline.
- Conduct audits on various timelines including those produced by subcontractors. Prepare all required output documentation.
- Ensure the development and updating of all required project schedules and maintain data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate changes to the scope as well as claims related to the impact on schedule and costs and provide feedback to the teams responsible for financial and contractual management.
- Anticipate and interpret key scheduling requirements including activity coding naming conventions customer requirements management protocols project schedules and resource and equipment data libraries.
- Interact with subcontractor staff to review and analyze timelines.
- Support the progress measurement process and analyze progress and performance data.
- Directing the planning of levels I and II.
- Perform all tasks assigned by Planning staff level V or above efficiently and in a timely manner.

Requirements- At least 9 years of experience in planning and scheduling for medium-sized projects or programs.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- Hold recognized certifications including PMP PMI-SP or PSP.
- The Oracle Primavera P6 certificate is considered an asset.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide range of factors which may include but are not limited to location role skill set and experience level specific to the position. As required by law Accenture offers reasonable compensation based on full-time employment for positions that can be filled as outlined below.

The base salary range shown below is intended as a reference to reflect the majority of offers for this position. It is not a maximum limit in some cases the actual salary may exceed this range where appropriate.
