Ensure designs meet applicable Canadian codes, standards, client requirements, and industry best practices.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and designers.

Support client engagement, proposal development, and business growth initiatives within the Rail + Transit practice.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering, or a degree in Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.

Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Canada is required.

5+ years of progressive structural engineering experience.

Experience designing transportation, transit, rail, bridge, industrial, or large-scale infrastructure projects.

Strong knowledge of Canadian design codes and standards, including CSA and applicable transportation agency requirements.

Experience with structural analysis and design software such as SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro, MIDAS, RAM, or similar platforms.

Experience developing construction documents and coordinating multidisciplinary engineering designs.
