You represent clients in real estate transactions, financing, and various operations related to the real estate industry and are looking to explore the opportunity to join a more innovative and transparent firm? We are seeking professionals able to:
Develop and serve an existing client base
Advise clients on complex real estate transactions
Support clients in real estate transactions
Act as counsel in real estate financing matters
Negotiate and draft commercial agreements
Negotiate and structure purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, commercial leases, and real estate financings
Advise real estate companies at the local and international levels

Qualifications and Skills
More than 10 years of relevant experience in real estate transactions
Strong analytical, communication, and drafting skills
Excellent client service
Strong organizational skills and excellent ability to manage priorities
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
Entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent academic record
