You will contribute to an enhanced member experience by optimizing operational efficiency, supporting advisory teams, and identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement. We are looking for a detail-oriented, service-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering accurate, timely, and member-centric support

This is a Full-time, Temporary role based at our Vancity Surrey Office and will report directly to the Team Manager, SWM Advisory Admin. While this position provides a hybrid work arrangement, you will be expected to be on-site for events and business demands.

  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and operational procedures
  • Supporting Wealth Advisors and Wealth Planners by managing post-meeting administrative activities
  • Building collaborative relationships across Sustainable Wealth Management and Member Services teams
  • Identifying and recommending process improvements that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation to support business and regulatory requirements
  • Delivering exceptional service to members by responding to inquiries and facilitating timely transaction processing

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, wealth management, financial services, or securities operations environment
  • Experience processing financial transactions while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of administrative processes, regulatory compliance, and risk management principles within financial services
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced communication and relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and members
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and financial services technology platforms
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or equivalent

Extra Skills That Set You Apart:

  • Experience supporting wealth management, investment, or financial planning teams
  • Familiarity with mutual fund, investment account, and securities administration processes
  • Knowledge of credit union operations and member-focused financial services environments

You’ll Thrive Here If You Are:

  • Detail-Oriented – You consistently maintain accuracy and quality while processing complex transactions and documentation.
  • Member-Focused – You are committed to delivering exceptional service and creating positive experiences for members and colleagues.
  • Collaborative – You build strong working relationships across teams to achieve shared goals and deliver seamless support.
  • Continuous Improvement Minded – You actively seek opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and service outcomes.
  • Accountable – You take ownership of your work, manage priorities effectively, and uphold regulatory and organizational standards.

We value lived experience, so if you are interested in this role, we encourage you to apply even if you feel your skills don't perfectly align with those listed.

What You’ll Earn:

This role offers a starting salary of $30.68 per hour as per the collective agreement.
