• Foundational knowledge of building operations and general facilities practices.
• High attention to detail and the ability to notice site conditions that require action.
• Comfortable in an execution-focused support role that emphasizes coordination rather than people management.
• Previous exposure to facilities management environments is considered an asset.
• Experience working with service request or maintenance tracking systems such as CMMS is an asset.
• Proficiency with general office and operational tools, along with a strong customer service mindset.
• Access to a vehicle and valid G license is required as travel between sites will be required.
